Aish Purely Digital Craft reserves the right to cancel the received order, Or delay the order because of insufficient quantity, national holidays, force-majeure events (Like floods, earthquakes, political instability, strikes Etc.)
A. As our digital invitations and services are customized and personalized for each customer, orders once placed are generally non-refundable. Once the payment is received and the design process has started, no refund or cancellation will be permitted. If an order is cancelled before any design work has begun, the amount paid will not be refunded to the original payment method; however, at the sole discretion of Aish Purely Digital Craft, the amount may be adjusted against a future order placed within 15 days from the date of cancellation, in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy
B. The order booked by a customer for the purchase of any of our product/service shall not be cancelled by the customer for a refund. Kindly note that the money is not transferred back to the buyer’s credit/debit card.
C. In case of cancellation of the purchase of any of our products, the amount once received by Aish Purely Digital Craft will be adjusted against the next transaction only. This facility is valid up to 15 days from the date of cancellation of an order.
D. Aish Purely Digital Craft will not be liable to the customer or to any other person for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential loss, damage, cost or expense of any kind whatsoever and howsoever caused from out of the information derived by you through your usage of this site. In no event shall Aish Purely Digital Craft be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the information provided on the website in so far as such information is derived from other service providers.
